BURNABY, BC — The Fields of Green Team and Darrell Evans, former MLB baseball All-Star, have just completed the first part of his mission to bring about awareness and solutions to the environmental crisis we all face that has become a functioning reality. His website, www.fieldsofgreenteam.com, is alive and well, open to teach and inspire all things, green.

The website is an innovative website packed with information for both baseball and non baseball folks who care about the environment. Everyone will enjoy the blend of baseball stories and tips with solid environmental tactics and strategies.

Darrell says "My advisors and I decided that to create awareness about the environment we had to do something that attracted readers, kept their interest and at the same time made them aware of the environmental issues that we all face today. So the question was "How do we create an environmental message that broadens the reach and extends the base of those willing to make the world a greener place. The obvious answer was use a newsletter that combines baseball and the environment. The challenge is that most people won't sign up for a newsletter. Using my 20 years of MLB baseball experience, we have written a newsletter and a series of free reports that will motivate folks to subscribe to the newsletter.
