CAMP DAVID, Maryland (Reuters) - President George W. Bush on Saturday said North Korea must provide a full declaration of its nuclear program and proliferation activities in a verifiable way.

In a news conference with new South Korean President Lee Myung-bak at the presidential retreat, Bush also said the United States and South Korea agreed to maintain current U.S. troop levels on the Korean peninsula.

Bush said the U.S. Congress must approve a free trade agreement with South Korea this year, calling it a "priority" for his administration.
