Greenloop T-Shirt Cutting Contest
Calling all eco-fashionistas, aspiring sustainable designers and DIY gurus, here is your time to shine! Greenloop, together with Barbra Horowitz, is sponsoring our first ever T-Shirt Cutting Contest. What is a t-shirt cutting contest you ask? Barbara, who authored the recently released book Closet Control, is a guru of personal style, and her specialty is giving what is already in your closet a make-over”¦a snip here, a tie there, a slash over there and voila, you have an entirely new, updated look.

Contest Rules:
1. The contest runs from today, Friday, April 25th, through Friday, May 16th. All submissions must be received no later than 12:00 midnight on Friday, May 16th,2008
2. All participants must be US residents over the age 18.
3. Design submissions are to photographed and submitted via email to aysia[at]thegreenloop.com. Please take front and back shots of the t-shirt both on a person (being worn) and lying flat on a surface. Biography about the designer must be submitted with the entries, limited to 500 words, and must contain email, address and telephone contact information.
4. Three prizes will be awarded:
- Winner: 30 minute FREE style consultation with Barbra Horowitz and a $300 Greenloop Gift Certificate
- 1st runner up: Copy of Closet Control by Barbra Horowitz and $50 Greenloop Gift Certificate
- 2nd runner up: Copy of Closet Control by Barbra Horowitz and $25 Greenloop Gift Certificate
5. The 3 winners will be reviewed and posted here on Greenloop’s In The Loop.
