New Online Media Service Offers Non-Profits An Opportunity To Reach Global Audiences

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — With limited budgets, it can be very difficult for non-profit groups supporting important social and environmental causes to get their message out “beyond the choir.”Ł ENN Media, an online publisher of environmental news and information (www.enn.com) mission is to give non-profit organizations a voice through the new ENN Affiliate Program. The ENN Affiliate Program enables the non-profit community to distribute their message to a global network of 8500 environmental media outlets and through select websites with a combined 2.5 million viewers.

The cost of the new ENN service is a fraction of what it would be to distribute a news release on any major PR wire service. “We are offering non-profit organizations a way to get more out of their communication budgets so that a greater percent of donations can directly support the people and causes they were meant to help,”Ł said ENN Media President Wayne Wall. “The major PR Wire Services used by the business and financial community can be very expensive and do not always distribute to the media outlets and people that non-profits want to reach.”Ł ENN’s Affiliate Program includes guaranteed distribution and a yearlong link and profile on ENN.com and offers extended distribution to over 8500 environmental media contacts and 250,000 opt-in newsletter subscribers.

“We are thrilled that ENN is now offering the nonprofit community cost-effective access to a global distribution network”Ł said Daniel Ihara of the Center for Environmental Economic Development (CEED). “The day I ran my press release using ENN’s global distribution network, I received over 300 additional hits on my website and 32 new newsletter subscribers,”Ł said consumer advocate Debra Lynn Dadd.
