Fifteen states sue EPA over auto emissions
HARTFORD, Connecticut (Reuters) - Fifteen states said on Wednesday they filed a lawsuit against the federal Environmental Protection Agency in a bid to tighten regulations of greenhouse gas emissions from cars.
