Family farms are a centuries-old tradition that has seen farms passed down from generation to generation. One organization is working to preserve the tradition of the family farm.

Schwartz says that the mission of the organization help the next generation of farmers. He says that the organization pairs retiring farmers who have no heirs, or whose children aren't interested in maintaining the farm, with people who want to get into the business.
