Do you want to foment change? Start with dinner. The food choices you make can have an effect on your health of course, but also can change the health of our community and environment.Jerry Kay spoke to Andrew Cantrell of the Center for Food Safety:

Food Revolution

Cantrell says you can change your food habits right now, whether it's vegetarianism, GE-free, organics, or socially just, you can change the make-up of the foods you eat with little change to your life.

He says that organic foods are the fastest-growing segment in agriculture, showing that change is possible. Making this change is a moral choice, and will help to end one of the most pernicious and dangerous industrial applications in the modern world.
