STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Sweden's Volvo said on Thursday it would recall 125,000 trucks in the United States because of a fault with an electrical component.

Volvo, the world's number two truck maker, said the problem was related to the main circuit-breaker in the lighting system.

"We have had reports of incidents. Exactly what that entails, I don't know, but we have decided it is serious," Volvo spokesman Tommy Kohle said.

He declined to say how much the recall would cost, but said that the amount should not be enough to affect the firm's share price.
