Much of the beauty in our world is to be found in nature, so it's only natural that many artists want to reflect that through their art.

Bower says that the website has information about artists from all over the world who are addressing environmental issues through their work.

There are a number of ways that artists are addressing these issues, such as ephemeral sculptures made of leaves or flower petals that get washed or blown away eventually. Other issues such as acid mine drainage are addressed through art projects such as the creation of large-scale parks that include community participation and clean-ups.
