RIYADH (Reuters) - The United Arab Emirates and Qatar have each pledged to spend $150 million on research into climate change, Saudi Arabia said on Sunday.

The pledges were announced by Saudi Foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal at a news conference following the OPEC heads of state summit in Riyadh. A $150 million pledge by Kuwait and a $300 million pledge by Saudi Arabia had already been announced.
