MADRID (Reuters) - The Investment Corp. of Dubai (ICD) has agreed with leading shareholders of Spanish property firm Colonial <COL.MC> on the broad terms of a 3 billion euro ($4.56 billion) takeover, Dow Jones reported late on Tuesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

Shares in Colonial rose after a trading suspension was lifted, adding 4.3 percent to 1.21 euros at 3:08 a.m. EST.
